How do I create an account?

Open the DentiCE app and tap "Create Account". Choose your professional role, enter your email and a password, and you're ready to go.

How do I track my CE credits?

After logging in, navigate to the CE Credits tab on your dashboard. You can view your credits by category and see your progress toward your requirements.

How do I register for an event?

Browse the Events tab, tap on any event to see details, then tap the Register button. Your registration will be saved and tracked in your dashboard.

I forgot my password — what do I do?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link shortly.

How do I change my role?

Go to your Profile settings within the app. If you need to switch to a different professional role, contact us at support@dentice.ai and we'll update it for you.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account directly within the app. To do so:

  1. Open the app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the first prompt.
  5. Confirm again in the final prompt to permanently delete all your data.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and immediate. All your data — including your CE transcript, event registrations, job applications, and profile — will be removed and cannot be recovered. If you have questions, contact support@dentice.ai before proceeding.
